Objective
On completion of this course, a participant will acquire basic (foundational) competency to perform his/her role as Learning and Development Manager effectively. This includes following:
1. Ability to identify training needs at individual, group and organizational level,
2. Ability to plan training for a quarter /year and create training calendar,
3. Ability to design a training programme in detail,
4. Ability to specify development of training programme / session content.
5. Ability to organise delivery of a training programme,
6. Ability to evaluate a training programme and prepare programme report,
7. Ability to handle all administrative tasks for the above processes
Note: This is not Train The Trainer programme. It does not focus on training delivery skills.

Methodology
This is instructor led online programme. It is highly interactive, experiential and exercise based. There will be case studies from different organizations. Group size will be between 12 to 16 only. All participants will have to keep camera and mike ‘ON’ during the entire session.
Schedule
Keeping in view that larger participation in this programme will be from working L&D professionals, the sessions are scheduled on twelve (12) Saturday afternoons between 2 to 6 PM (with one or two short breaks). The programme starts on Saturday, June 8, 2024 and will end on Saturday August 31, 2024.

Fees:
Rs 12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) per person. Fees can be paid in two equal instalments.
